Gemma Sharp Creator of Lordene Learning 

 

A bit about me   

With over 15 years experience in learning, development and leadership roles I have had a successful career based on supporting and growing others.  I have worked in the public, charity and private sectors, including working for a mental health charity for many years.

Throughout my life I have encountered many difficulty experiences that tested my own resilience and wellbeing which encouraged me to explore a variety of tools and techniques and resulted in me creating my 5 Pillars of Resilience and Wellbeing (RAW).  I now share my knowledge and experience with others through Lordene Learning. 

I am passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be with a genuine belief that  people need deep roots as a foundation to grow & strong wings to reach their full potential.  I approach things from a ‘toolkit’ perspective – one size doesn’t fit all!  Through my workshops and coaching I encourage people to try out several different tools to find what makes them 'feel good and function well'.

As well as supporting people on a personal level, throughout my career I have also seen how employee development & engagement has a powerful impact on business growth & performance.  I use the same approach to managing resilience and wellbeing in individuals to create positive working environments within organisations.
